BIOGRAPHY

William J. Jarvis is a Partner of Cazes, Looby & Jarvis, PLLC. Mr. Jarvis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma (1999), and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law (2003). Prior to commencing his legal practice, Mr. Jarvis gained extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate matters, including real estate development, property management and commercial mortgage lending.

Mr. Jarvis represents businesses and individuals in various areas of general, civil, and business matters. Mr. Jarvis has substantial experience in commercial transactions and litigation, including matters involving contract law, real property law, landlord-tenant law, construction law, secured transactions, lien issues, entity formation and homeowners’ association law. In addition to representing local businesses and individuals, Mr. Jarvis has also served as local Oklahoma counsel for several preeminent law firms in the region.
