BIOGRAPHY

Justin W. Perry is of counsel in the Edmond, Oklahoma office of Cazes, Looby & Jarvis, PLLC.  Mr. Perry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy (1994) from Eastern Illinois University, and his Juris Doctorate degree (1998) from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Mr. Perry is primarily a litigation attorney who represents individuals and businesses in the areas of general, civil, business and complex litigation, including class action lawsuits.  Mr. Perry has substantial experience litigating before federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels, as well as before administrative and regulatory agencies.

Mr. Perry has significant experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters, including, but not limited to contractual disputes, stockholder and partnership disputes, franchisor/franchisee disputes, fraud, business torts, injunctions, temporary restraining orders, property damage, judgment enforcement and collection of debts, insurance coverage disputes, real estate transactions, lease transactions, construction law, secured transactions, lien issues, foreclosure actions, warranty issues, employment matters, and other commercial and business matters.

Mr. Perry has substantial experience representing clients involved in personal injury cases arising out of automobile accidents, aviation accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, watercraft accidents, train and railroad accidents, construction accidents, slip and fall accidents, work and job-related accidents, premises liability, sexual harassment, defamation, slander, libel, nursing home neglect, dog bites, products liability, wrongful death, and other negligence actions.  Mr. Perry also handles all types of medical malpractice claims, such as failure to diagnose, surgical malpractice, and hospital and staff negligence.

Mr. Perry’s practice is also dedicated to estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, advance health care directives and durable powers of attorney, and the litigation of trust and estate matters, including will and trust contests, interpretation disputes concerning complex estate planning documents, contested accountings, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
